Enquiring for a child? Mention their year group and exam board (if applicable) and you will get a straight answer on whether lessons will help.

Ask a question

When lessons run

Kieran works to Australian hours, which covers mornings in the UK and evenings across North America.

  • Australia (all states) Afternoons and evenings, Mon to Fri
  • United Kingdom and Ireland Mornings and early afternoons, Mon to Fri
  • United States and Canada Evenings, Mon to Fri
  • France and mainland Europe Mornings, Mon to Fri
  • Beginners group classes Tuesdays, two time zone options

Times shift by an hour or two during daylight saving changeovers. Anything outside these windows is worth asking about, since exceptions can usually be arranged.

Before you write

How quickly will I hear back?

Within 48 hours. If your message arrives overnight in Australian time there may be a short wait.

Do I have to book a lesson to ask a question?

No. Plenty of people write with a question about exam boards or timings and never book, and that is completely fine. You will get a proper answer either way.

What happens after I send this?

Kieran reads it and replies personally. If you asked for an intro chat, he will suggest two or three times in your own time zone. Nothing is booked or charged until you confirm.

I am enquiring for my child. What should I include?

Their year group, the exam board if you know it, and what you would like to focus on. That is usually enough for Kieran to say honestly whether tutoring will help.
