What every lesson includes
The price covers far more than the hour itself.
Planning time
Every lesson is planned in advance around your goals, not made up on the spot.
Resources and homework
Notes, vocabulary and practice sent through after every lesson so the learning continues.
Marking
Written work comes back marked properly, with clear feedback on where the marks went.
Speaking practice
Built into every lesson, because confidence is what actually holds most people back.
Your time zone
Lessons are scheduled around where you live, not where the tutor happens to be.
Progress reviews
A clear plan with targets, reviewed each term so you can see what has actually changed.
How booking and payment work
Straightforward, and nothing is taken before you have decided to go ahead.

Pay after you decide
Lessons are invoiced once you have chosen to go ahead and are paid upfront.
24 hours to rearrange
Let Kieran know at least 24 hours ahead and the lesson moves free of charge. Lessons are still chargeable within 24-hours.
No contract
Stop whenever you like with 24-hours notice. Although, no refunds for bulk bookings or within 24-hours.
Parents kept informed
For younger learners, a short report card style progress update can be sent, so you know the lessons are working.
Pricing questions
Is the first lesson free?
The intro chat is free, the first lesson is not. The chat lets you ask questions and decide whether Kieran suits your needs before you pay for anything.
How do I pay?
Lessons are paid via bank transfer using the unique student code we provide you. We have relevant bank details for UK, Australian, Canadian and US students - so transfers can be made easily. Once this is received the lesson is confirmed and moves ahead as scheduled.
What if I need to cancel a lesson?
Give at least 24 hours' notice and the lesson is moved at no cost. Cancellations inside 24 hours are charged, since the slot cannot usually be filled at short notice.
Do I have to commit to a set number of lessons?
No. There is no contract and no minimum. Block bookings exist purely because they work out cheaper, not because they are required.
Do you offer a discount for siblings?
Siblings learning together are covered by the couples and families rate, which is one price for the whole household rather than per person.
