Payment policy

How lessons are paid for, in plain terms. If anything here is unclear, just ask before you book.

How lessons are paid for

Lessons are paid in advance by bank transfer. An invoice with the account details is sent once a lesson is booked.

Please allow time for the transfer to arrive. Booking and paying the same day may not leave enough time for the payment to land.

Currency and transfer fees

Payments are made to our Wise account, which holds UK, US, Canadian and Australian account details. That means you can pay into a local account in your own country, as a normal domestic transfer, with no international transfer fees at your end.

Invoices are issued in your local currency wherever possible. If you need a different arrangement, speak to Kieran and something will be worked out.

Block bookings

Blocks of lessons are paid in full before the first lesson of the block. Block lessons are valid for three months from the date of purchase.

Blocks are non refundable once the first lesson of the block has been taken, but unused lessons can be rescheduled freely within the three month window.

Group classes

Group classes are booked and paid for by the week. If you would prefer to book several weeks at once, speak to Kieran and it can be arranged.

A place in a class is held once payment has been received, not when a place is requested.

The free intro chat

The introductory chat is free. No payment and no card details are needed to book it, and there is no obligation to book lessons afterwards.

Price changes

Lesson prices may change from time to time. Existing learners are given at least one month's notice in writing, and any block already paid for is honoured at the price paid.
